Cancellation
Advance notice is appreciated on all cancellations to allow us an opportunity to make up lost time.
Failure to cancel or reschedule with a minimum of a 24 hour notice will result in a charge for half of the service value unless we are able to rebook the time slot being cancelled or rescheduled.
No shows will result in a charge for the full service value.
Children
For the relaxation and rejuvenation of all of our guests and the safety of your little loved ones, please care for them before your appointment. We ask that children (10 and under) not enter the service areas unless supervised by an adult at all times.
Cell Phone
Out of courtesy to our other guests, we ask that cell phones be put on vibrate or silent mode. If you feel it necessary to take a phone call while in the Studio, please do not put your phone on speaker.
Payments
We honor Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Debit Cards, and Local Checks. Returned checks will be subject to a $35.00 service charge. A deposit may be required for services. Prices do not include NM Sales Tax. Prices are subject to change without notice.
